RIGHTSCORE™ is a report that can be used as a decision-making, comparison or negotiation tool to help you make the right decision on a property you are interested in buying or renting.

Buying or renting a property is a big decision that is based on your personal desires and preferences. It can be a time consuming and stressful task as you search for information that will help in your decision-making process. All too often the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate and subjective.

The RIGHTSCORE™ Report provides a single metric called RIGHTSCORE™ which ranges from 0 to 100, where 100 is the ideal score for the property. This enables you to make the right decision when investing your money in a property. That investment could either be the option to buy or rent. The RIGHTSCORE™ metric can be used for decision-making, comparison with other properties or for negotiation.

You can be confident in using the RIGHTSCORE™ Report as data is sourced from trusted public and private data providers which include both national and local information. Examples of our public sources include housing data from the Office for National Statistics and statistical data from data.police.uk. This is an ongoing process to ensure the data is relevant and current. Our proprietary algorithm will process more than 150 parameters to produce a RIGHTSCORE™ metric, an objective data score.

The RIGHTSCORE™ Report also provides a visual representation of the property attributes that were used to generate the RIGHTSORE™ metric. Nine key attributes are considered in generating the RIGHTSCORE™ metric:

Each property attribute is made up of various sub-parameters The report also highlights which parameters score positively and negatively, e.g. Environmental factors may be low scoring as the property is under an airplane flight path.

Rightscore is a numerical value based on the analysis of a property’s attributes, to represent its desirability to buy or rent at a given price. Raw data is collected from multiple sources, then processed through our proprietary algorithm to provide the Rightscore Report. This is an ongoing process to ensure the data is relevant and current.
